Please note:

• Pricing above includes or up to a 4 hour party + 1 hour each for setup and cleanup. Clients are expected to leave the spaces neat & clean (swept, etc), but the prices above include deep cleaning post event.

• Evening pricing starts at 4pm. If a party starts at 4pm or later, evening pricing applies.

• A daytime event cannot end after 4pm unless approved by management.

• Prices are subject to change and the above prices do not include 5.3% taxes, refundable deposits or kitchen fees.

• More setup time is available for weddings or big events upon request.

• Please inquire about holiday pricing. The above prices do not include holidays. Holidays include but are not limited to: Easter, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE and NY Day

• Catering Kitchen use fees are billed separately. Use of the kitchen prep areas and fridge/freezer space is an additional one time fee of $75.

• Use of the entire catering kitchen, including all warming equipment (stove, oven, warming drawer) is a one time fee of $250.
